Name's are Unicode, you can use it with all languages.
And you can open _eng, _spn, _eng etc and save it.

Your editor is awesome! I used it here to test it and it's working perfectly on the Bettel emulator. Could you create an editor for the ItemTooltipText_eng.bmd file? I've never seen an editor for that file that's as easy to use as yours for the tooltip. Congratulations!

Could you adapt it for the 1024 item tooltip text, because that's the one it doesn't read; it reads the 512 one fine.
