Monster in safe zone

I am using MU emu, don't have enough time to find where this bug occurs maybe someone already fixed this and can share or sell it.

Sometimes monsters are following characters and moving to safe zone(screenshot).

Try generating the terrain again? Server-side.

It's on all maps. It's problem in code.
