Saludos @delmin , como te respondieron aca arriba, eso va a gusto y si es para los files MuEMU no es muy facil que digamos debes de tener algun conocimiento previo del tema, osea haber tenido experiencia con otros server. aca te dejo una web donde te dicen para que son cada liena de los archivo de configuracion, entre ella esta la de GameServerInfo - Character.dat que es la que se encarga de hacer el balance

aqui te dejo los el balance de mi server que me da bien solo que no des itens con socket level 5 porque los socket de level 5 potegen mucho mas asi que trata de no colocar socket level 5 solo level 1 y 2 ya lo comprobe y me funciona bien asi aqui te dejo el balance
