Para que necesias esto? no creo que te pueda ayudar con lo de editar pero si el de solucionar bugs visuales, para que version necesitas?

Quiero editar la velocidad de los skills rage ice etc

Did you get any solution for this? I want also to reduct the animation so that the speed of the Ice and ragefull will be fast as the other skills.
