Hackers are exploiting this issue using software like NetLimiter to limit their connection speed. This allows them to make multiple purchases in a custom personal store that they control.

For example, a hacker with only 500 Wcoin in their account can execute transactions like the following:

Purchase 100 Wcoin
Purchase 100 Wcoin
Purchase 100,000 Wcoin
By limiting their connection, they can spam buy these three items simultaneously. As a result, all three transactions are processed at once, enabling the seller to gain 100,000 Wcoin that they should not have access to.

Does anyone have effective solutions to address this issue? One idea I've considered is implementing a cooldown period for each transaction to prevent such exploits.
