FireSlash BUG Season13
Hello everyone, i'm working on a season 13 part2 and i face two issues.

When i have a fire slash without a masterskill tree upgrade it doesnt show the effect, shows the damage but the effect not.
The second issue,the animation seems to be slowly i had been compared with season 6 and it's different the movement


So, for the first issue where the effect doesnt show it's a client bug or server?
The second one, it's client bug or server?
