Entiendo, lo que digo es que algunos HOSTING no tienen dirección HWID estática para vps, al reiniciar la PC la dirección IP permanece pero el hwid cambiará, esto nos revocará la licencia y no queremos pagar. cada vez que tenemos que resetear el servidor,

Pero si tú HW ID CAMBIA QUEDA TU IP NO NECESARIAMENTE TIENEN QUE COINCIDIR LOS 2...

SE VERIFICA LA IP O EL HW ID PARA QUE INICIEN LOS EJECUTABLE. SI NINGUNO DE LOS DOS SON, NO SE EJECUTAN
