Opcion Harmony en items +14 y +15 + Parche
Es un pequeño fix para poder subir las opciones harmony en items +14 y +15 dentro del juego usando la joya Higher refining stone.

También agrego el link de descarga de el parche para los files y cliente con las opciones configuradas.

Las opciones son funcionales en el juego, solo que por defecto el gameserver solo permite insertar la joya Higher refining stone en items con nivel +13 como máximo.
