when i click ctrl to post item it shows sell item and i cant turn it off, one more thing you can add some shortcut like j for jewel bank or f6,f7... for menu or you can  share source so I can configure it myself.  Sorry my english is not good

Configuracion incorrecta. Verificar la IP y los ejecutable si funcionan correctamente.

Si estás utilizando el cliente limpio debes agregar custom a preferencia ya que se limpias las líneas para tener más para agregar a disposición. El cliente full tiene todos los ítems que aparecen en item.txt

I take the client in post the muserver and just update.

obviously I just put the update files inside the client and muserver to replace the previous ones, I didn't delete all the others otherwise the client wouldn't even open and gs wouldn't even start.

Yo creo que no se refiere a eso, lo que sucede es que una vez dentro del juego configuras (timebar, hpmonsterbar, fogs, resolucion, etc) y cuando volves a logear se te borra toda esa configuración y tenes que hacer todo de nuevo. Es medio tedioso.
Aca dejo el Settings fixeado. Solo era agregar 2 lineas distintas.
