did you try to do the same thing with normal characters in addition to GMS?

the error may be in the GM, I remember a very common mistake that is the GM in the blood castle with the wings. Test with normal characters.

it's Normal player not gm, Look at the video. I test with normal character it do the same when pressing on seal give message "official seal registration start" and it stuck game...
