WebEngine CMS 1.2.1 - Limpia

Bueno, acá les dejo la WebEngine 1.2.1 LIMPIA, a que me refiero con limpia? Algunos sabrán que el mismo creador de esta CMS, le metió varias cosas a la web, para ocasionar maldad, o algo así. Muchos tuvieron problema con que no les andaba la web o cosas así, así que me tome el trabajo para aquellas personas, que no tienen conocimiento, les limpie la web sin nada de estas cosas.

Cosas que se quito:[/b]

- Blacklist (Esto era un sistema que le agrego que consistía en que Lautaro -creador de la cms- podia bloquear dominios y por ende esos dominios no podian usar la web)
- Sistema de Plugins (Le saque el sistema que usaba para que si o si tengan que tener licencia para usar los plugins.)
- Otras cosas agregadas que tenia, no eran de gravedad, pero se las podian aprovechar.
