Hola, seguramente fue error mio porque estaba usando otra db, use la de los files y los tuve todo el dia en test sin problemas

Index: Categoría e Index del Ítem en cuestión.
Level: Nivel preferido si Option0 esta en *
Dur es la durabilidad del ítem. 0 toma el máximo de durabilidad.
Option0 a Option6 hace referencia al Index de ItemOptionRate.txt
Option0 = Level
Option1 = Skill
Option2 = Luck
Option3 = Adicional JOL
Option4 = Excelente
Option5 = Ancient
Option6 = Socket
Duration = Es la duración del ítem en segundos. 0 sin limite.

He estado probando los Files pero me he topado con unos problemas

1 El "Merchant Zyro" esta fijo en Lorencia no se mueve a los demas mapas
2 No da la Quest para expander el baul
3 El item "Ancient Statue"para ampliar el baul cae seguido en Lt7 y deja bugueado el inventario al agarrarlo.
4 el Game Server se queda en blanco y dice (no responde) despues de unas 24 horas o no funcionan los menus para recargar opciones, pero sigue funcionando el juego normalmente. EDIT. (Lo mismo pasa con el dataserver, join y connect se quedan en blanco)

Aqui dejo imagen el item "Ancient Statue" cae super seguido y bugea el inventario ahi pueden ver donde van las botas:
