Me sale ese error, alguna idea para poder solucionar?

En esos files tiene muchos problemas, son más que todo para aprender a configurar y como se maneja un servidor

Si dejo mi ip publica (por así decir) en "Socket ip" de AppConfig.xml de las carpetas
C:\MuOrigin(HHExtreme)\Server\Server1\GameServer
C:\MuOrigin(HHExtreme)\Server\KF\Line1\GameServer

me crashea los gameservers al intentar ejecutarlos, en cambio si dejo vacío o pongo la ip local 127.0.0.1 me funciona pero no me deja unir al servidor
me sale el error de "Failed to connect to server. Please try again later" alguien sabe alguna posible solución??
PD: ya cambié todas las ips en los files y tambien en la base de datos.
