Is anyone else struggling to keep their product info consistent across all channels? I'm finding it a real headache, especially as we've expanded to selling on multiple platforms. We started off just on our own website, which was manageable, but now we're also on Etsy, Amazon and even a local market website. Every time I update a product description or price, I have to manually change it in four different places, and it's almost impossible to avoid errors. There has to be a better way, right? I'm losing so much time and frankly, making mistakes that are costing us money. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I feel your pain because I went through the exact same thing last year! It was a nightmare. After a ton of research, I discovered that Product Information Management (PIM) software is designed to solve exactly this issue, helping to manage product information effectively. I found this article that breaks down some of the options: https://growthfolks.io/software/best-pim-software-for-ecommerce/. It saved me a ton of time looking for the best possible softwares. Basically, it acts as a central hub for all your product data, so you only have to update it in one place, and it automatically syncs across all your sales channels. Might be worth checking out if you're also struggling.

It is amazing how quickly a business can become complex as the product catalog expands and sales pick up. Thinking back to when I first started, keeping track of everything was simple with just a spreadsheet. Now the business has scaled up to many more products across multiple online platforms. Spreadsheets are no longer an option. It appears that business growth inevitably requires more sophisticated tools and processes, which is quite the challenge.
