Hi, I’m using FAB in UAE and I wanted to ask something because it’s confusing me and I don’t want to make a mistake with my payments.

My salary was credited today and I received the normal FAB SMS for the credit. But when I check balance inquiry in the FAB app, the balance is still showing the old amount like the salary didn’t come. If I open the statement, I can actually see the salary entry there, but the main balance and available balance are not reflecting it.

I tried logging out and back in, and also tried on another phone, but it’s the same. I also tried the ATM quick balance option and it showed the old balance too.

Is this something that happens with FAB sometimes where the balance inquiry takes time to refresh even though the transaction is already in the statement? If anyone faced this, how long did it take to correct itself?
