Has anyone encountered overloaded servers? How did you solve it, and could you share the platform you used? I would really appreciate your answers because I don't know what else to do.

How long have you had this problem with overcrowded servers? How do you currently store all your documentation? Have you ever tried implementing archiving software ? I started using ShareArchiver's solution a month ago, and now I don't have this problem. It cleans the server by moving old files to the archive. Backups are made faster this way, and the server works normally again. By the way, where exactly do you work that you need to store a large amount of data?
