Yes, this problem happens quite often when the ODBC / DSN is configured wrong.

do this:

1. Press Win + R
2. Open: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe
3. In User DSN, delete everything
4. In System DSN, delete everything there too
5. After that, run MuOnline64.reg
6. Restart the server
