Its OKAY. I forget to change the IpAddressPort.
The lagging i dont know, in my PC work very well without lag. But maybe the dev can working on

It's not the PC, with running server and client half of my cores are not even used + Radeon rx 580 gts 8gb. With Update 13 everything is perfect. With Update 14 lag for some activities and town NPCs. Update 17 lag for more activities. When I Kill monsters and move from map to map it is fine. (Even if it is pc they must fix it for slow computer configs to sell server files.)

First. You need to restore the DB battle core for that.
Second. Open the GameServerCS to go LorenMarket and EventSquared.

If the problem exists. Try to start again with the repack files update 18 again.

If you want the item. editor wait premium files to get it. If you don’t want to wait long time, I recommend you to “pay” item.bmd editor from IGCN. you will see.

Thanks for the help TheHerous. When I install fresh files and still didn't work I realized that the problem is me not the files. My 55919 port wasn't open.
