Tá acontecendo o seguinte, da pra usar skill enquanto teleporta, tipo ai fui testar o PVP, as vezes nem da pra hitar o SM porque ele fica teleportando, porem, o mesmo continua usando skill de dano.

Alguem poderia me orientar ou linkar um tutorial pq dei uma procurada e não achei de como alterar as rates da chaos machine pra ficar igual a do GameServerInfo - ChaosMix.dat.
