Any error message? Or what appears to you?

when i click clearpk, add stats, reset char and etc it says
"Character List is empty, Create character in game!"

btw im using IGCN SERVER

when i try to limit max socket to 3 it says : Equal socket type is not allowed, your username will be reported to admin.
