Hola gente, quisiera que me ayuden a solucionar un error al abrir el IGC.Essential Tools

Mi sistema operativo es el windows 7 home premium service pack 1

El error al abrir el Essential Tools dice lo siguiente: "The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher."

claramente te dice que la versión de tu SO no es compatible con el ESSENTIAL TOOLS, te recomiendo que atualices tus drivers o en su defecto en .netframework.
