buenas como dice el titulo necesito ayuda no puedocrear mi web. me da errores!

CABE DESTACAR QUE ES CON WEBENGINECMS DESCARGADO DE SU PAG OFICIAL.

eso seria lo que me dice cuando quiero entrar al localhost.
desde ya espere alguna ayuda saludos--

Fijate amigo primeramente si no subes fotos es un poco mas dificil entender, sin embargo busca esta linea y anda a la linea 15 hay esta el error que te esta dando.

Es increible que este presentando ese error.

usa esta version de xampp y no tendras ese problema saludos!
