I'm using MHP and some clients get stuck on loading MHP Client. (see the splash image) and after that- exhausted connect.
In MHP Server logs- I get the error WSAAccept () failed with error 10061.

Any help?

I hope this is fine, look at this error, it basically occurs when the wrong configuration is made in the client, maybe you did not set the serial or port correctly, also in its defect! Happens when you don't have TCP port 55999 Open! , Another piece of information that I could give you is to check the memory guard! if it is in 3 put it in 4 so that it works in windows 10

Port 55999 is opened, also all configs are right.
This problem happens only to some players.
I have 2 VPS: 1 (real vps- my server runs on it)
2 (test server vps- I’m running tests on it)
A player told me he’s stuck on game guard login image-
And I Gave him only for test main.info of test server with same configs and everything worked fine

Any ideas?

your vps where is the server has anti doss?
I get it! but check if you do not miss any configuration since it is essential when defending an attack! , if they were attacking the anti hack game guard! It would not work in general nor would it allow the user to enter if they were really attacking him since the technology has advanced a lot! What you have to do! is that if the error continues, make a new client and give it to the players you have to see if the problem continues! remove the control panel you have and reinstall it! to see if the problem remains! and configure the file correctly in the central! Be careful to verify the configuration you will do on the client and I recommend that you update the dumps list with the hack now!

That is a problem with the sources of the MHP, it does not have anything to do with the antiddos firewall, it has come out from time to time are network problems....

Server has no sofware such as anti ddos that can cause this socket error.
I tried to remove some stuff from dump file that are not necessary.
I understand that server refusing to accept some sockets because of timeout but idk why.
Is there any way to make time much longer or check the reason why it takes so much time so we get the socket error?

Not sure it's their fault because it happened to some of my staff sometimes.
