disculpen como puedo subir imagen al crear un tema utilizao web para subir imagenes se llama imgur y doy insert imagen donde estoy creando tema no me da la imagen otra forma para subir imagen

You need to replace specified file in your webhost or change the code path to find image thru your imgur link.
Btw. Imgur isn't stable last days so better use webhost.
