How to edit/add options to your server items.

I believe most people have already had that question, is there any way I can edit the Reflect rate? Is it possible to increase the Damage Decrease rate? Can you increase the  Excellent Damage rate? Can you add an experience rate to a new pet?

Yes, it is possible and in this tutorial I will try to teach you how to do all of this.

The file is Data/Item/ItemOption.txt
