if your purchased is pending
that means that your payment is still on hold and they have to wait until the payment is availabe to their paypal balance

I submitted a receipt from paypal and bank to the PremiumHost website. PremiumHost still hasn't responded to the ticket from their website but It took more than 24hrs to respond via Whatsapp.
This shows poor customer service.
I already reported to paypal that the services was not receive.
