Instal Notes: wrote:

1. RUn the installation of Anti DDoS Guardian/IP Blocker Firewall but do not start it yet;
2. Open Task Manager, look for process BlockerService.exe and terminate it;
3. Copy the provided ".DRV file" to the installation folder;
