I just talked to Sallesman (Gleydson). By paying they transfer. The price to do the email transfer is 20% of the license fee (which in my local currency would cost around $11.50, you could pay me this amount and I would pay the transfer for you). I guarantee you that their support is "very real", the problem is that they only have two people working as far as I know, Gleydson and the developer, so it's hard for them to support everyone right away, but eventually they answer. It's just a matter of patience.
